New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc wine is distilled to create a high-quality grape wine spirit, preserving its fresh fruit flavors. Next rich full-bodied Pinot Noir grapes from the famed Marlborough’s Southern Valleys sub region are sourced. After pressing, the vibrant skins are soaked in the spirit, resulting in a cherry red hue and flavors of red fruit and spice. Finally, distilled with juniper, adding a subtle classic piney gin aroma.
 
Experience the enticing aromas of bright red cherry and wild strawberry, intertwined with savory herbal notes of rosemary and thyme. On the palate, savor the juicy red fruit flavors, overlaid with a hint of peppercorn spice.

60ml Strange Nature Pinot Noir Gin
1 tsp Strawberry jam
2 dashes aromatic bitters
4 cracks of fresh pepper
1 pinch of salt
Glass: Tumbler
 
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass without ice and stir for 1 minute to dissolve jam.
Then add ice and stir quickly for 20 seconds.
Strain to remove any strawberry solids into an ice-filled tumbler glass.
Garnish with Citrus
