Using innovative spinning cone technology, the alcohol is gently extracted from the wine while preserving the natural aromas and flavours.

Strange Nature was salvaged from a rather delectable by-product - a pure spirit alcohol distilled from New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc wine.
We bottled our concoction in a vessel so stunning that nobody wants to throw it away. Think strange, and recuse the empty bottle as a water carafe or even as vase.
