SUMMER SPRITZ

This one is easy-breezy to make and just as easy to drink! Amazing enjoyed on a warm afternoon or a long summer evening with friends.

30ml/1oz Strange Nature Gin

30ml/1oz Dry Vermouth

15ml/0.5oz Elderflower Cordial

1 tsp Olive Brine

100ml/3.5oz Soda Water

Grapefruit and olive for garnish

Fill glass with ice, add all ingredients, stir and garnish.

Serves 1
