PASSIONFRUIT DAIQUIRI

A blend of bright passionfruit, tart lime, and crystallised ginger, this daiquiri is a tropical story in every sip.  Sweet, bold, and impossible to ignore.

Ingredients

60ml/2oz Strange Nature Gin

20ml/0.75oz Fresh Lime Juice

40ml/1.25oz Passionfruit Syrup

2 Pieces of Crystallised Ginger

1 Cup of Ice

Extra piece of crystallised ginger for garnish.

Method

Add all ingredients into

a blender and blend until smooth. Add garnish.

Serves 1
