REMARKABLE CONCEPTION
Strange Nature finds its origins in (or rather out of) 0% alcohol New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc wine. Using innovative spinning cone technology, the alcohol is gently extracted from the wine while preserving the natural aromas and flavours. This clean white spirit is then distilled with juniper for an unexpected and delightful taste.
HONEST ORI-GINS
From a small pocket of land in a faraway corner of the world comes an exquisite wine - New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. The grapes are grown on an ancient river bed nestled between mountain ranges, in soils carved by high country glaciers. Bordered by the coast, cool sea breezes help create a wine full of contrast - both delicate and intense, herbaceous yet fruity. From this wine was crafted something entirely novel that’s nevertheless tantalisingly familiar.
JUST JUNIPER
Strange Nature is naturally flavoured and distilled with a single botanical, the one that defines gin – juniper. Less is more, and you can really taste it.
The rest of our stunning flavour and aroma profile comes from our unique base spirit - the spirit of New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc.

CLEANER CONSCIENCE
Strange Nature was salvaged from a rather delectable by-product - a pure spirit alcohol distilled from a sustainably-accredited New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc wine.
We bottled our concoction in a vessel so stunning that nobody wants to throw it away - then introduced a hospitality recycling programme so they don’t have to. We collect, wash and refill empty Strange Nature bottles for bars around New Zealand.
