Ingredients

60ml/2oz Strange Nature Gin

20ml/0.75oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice

10ml/0.25oz Fresh Lime Juice

15ml/0.5oz Sugar Syrup*

Lime or grapefruit

twist for garnish

Method

Fill shaker with ice, add all ingredients and shake. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish.

SIMPLE SUGAR SYRUP RECIPE

Ingredients

1 cup of Sugar

1 cup of Water

That's it!

Method

Combine sugar and water in

a saucepan. Heat over medium until the sugar dissolves,

then let it cool.

Transfer to a bottle and keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
