YUM YUM SHOTS

Part cocktail, part dare, and entirely unforgettable — these shots pack a wasabi punch, a gin kick, and a cheeky cherry chaser.

Ingredients

350ml/12oz Strange Nature Gin

1 Flat tsp of Wasabi

1/2 tsp of Salt

1/2 tsp of Freshly Cracked Black Pepper

1 Tbsp Sugar

Cherry tomato

for chaser

Method

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Leave for 5 minutes and then strain through a fine sieve before bottling. Rest in the freezer for at least two hours before serving. Serve chaser as garnish.

Serves 10.

Batch and make in advance.
