A timeless classic, our Bee’s Knees is a harmonious blend of Strange Nature Barrel Aged Gin, infused with the rich flavours of honey syrup and fresh lemon juice.

Ingredients

60ml/2oz Strange Nature Barrel Aged Gin

30ml/1oz Fresh Lemon Juice

15ml/0.5oz Manuka Honey Syrup

Pinch of Salt

Method

Fill shaker with ice, add all

ingredients and shake. Strain into a coupe glass.

Serves 1
