Ingredients

30ml/1oz Strange Nature Pinot Noir Gin

100ml/3.5oz Classic Tonic

(Preferably Fever Tree)

Lots of Ice

Garnish with peppercorns

and lemon.

Method

Fill glass with ice, add Strange Nature Gin and

tonic, stir and garnish.
