HOT AND DIRTY MARTINI

Spice, brine, and a whole lot of attitude — meet your new favourite martini.

Ingredients

60ml/2oz Strange Nature Gin

10ml/0.3oz Fino Sherry

10ml/0.3oz Dry Vermouth

10ml/0.3oz Water

1 tsp Olive Brine

1 tsp Jalapeno Brine

Olives and jalapeños for garnish

Method

Set aside martini glass, filled with ice and water.

Fill mixing glass with ice and all ingredients, stir

for 30 seconds. Remove ice and water from the chilled martini glass, then strain the martini mix into the glass. Garnish to serve.
