Aquafaba is a magical ingredient otherwise known as chickpea liquid! Strain a can of chickpeas and collect the liquid. It can also be used to replace eggs in baking, and the chickpeas themselves make a great hummus.
Place 45ml Strange Nature Gin, 15ml Dry Vermouth, 20ml Raspberry Syrup, 20ml Lemon Juice, and 15ml Aquafaba into a cocktail shaker. Shake well. Add ice to the shaker and shake again for approximately 30 seconds. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a sprinkle of dehydrated raspberry.
