60ml/2oz Strange Nature Gin

25ml/0.75oz Lemon Juice

20ml/0.75oz Ribena

Pinch of Salt

15ml/0.5oz Egg White or

Aquafaba (vegan)

Raspberry powder for garnish

Method

Fill shaker with ice, add all

ingredients and shake. Strain

into a chilled glass and

sprinkle on garnish.

Serves 1
