Our strange version of the absolute tiki classic that is a Mai Tai. Tart and strong, one of these will have you feeling tropical in no time.
INGREDIENTS
YOU'LL NEED:
Triple Sec
Orgeat
Lime Juice
Fresh Pineapple Juice
Cocktail shaker
Cocktail glasses to serve
Fresh pineapple to garnish
COCKTAIL RECIPE
Add 45ml Strange Nature Gin, 15ml Triple Sec, 15ml Orgeat, 15ml Lime Juice and 45ml Fresh Pineapple Juice into a cocktail shaker. Shake and then strain into cocktail glasses. Garnish with a slice of fresh pineapple to serve.

Orgeat, pronounced "or-zsa", is an almond syrup mostly popularised by its use in the original Mai Tai.
